 <note>The development of information technology at this time has been very rapid, in the&#13;
development of technology science has made information that has a very important&#13;
role in business. Every company or things related to data already use information&#13;
systems. Data accuracy is one of the reasons that support the quality of an&#13;
information system. In addition, effectiveness is also very much needed in a&#13;
company. Customer satisfaction assessment is an important role for the running of&#13;
a company. So it is necessary to have a computerized system that is more accurate&#13;
and efficient to find out the difference between expectations and performance or the&#13;
results perceived by customers. From the system that is currently running at Ahass&#13;
Carnaval Motor Tangerang, it has not produced good customer data reports, as&#13;
the system should have. Therefore, a database-based web-based system will be&#13;
created to make it easier for users in their respective performance. The data&#13;
collection method was carried out by conducting observations, interviews and&#13;
literature studies from various previous studies, while the system analysis method&#13;
used the SWOT method which aimed to solve a problem and used the design method&#13;
with object-oriented visual modeling with UML (Unified Modeling Language)&#13;
while programming using PHP and MySQL as a database. In this final report, the&#13;
writer conducts research on customer satisfaction assessment for technical service&#13;
at Ahass Carnaval. With a web-based service assessment system that has been&#13;
registered, it can make it easier to input customer data, as well as in service&#13;
assessment to make it more efficient, accurate, and effective.&#13;
