Artificial Intelligence has become a significant necessity in the development of
startups. Especially in the industry 5.0 era, business needs can be assisted by machines. As
a result, entrepreneurs have difficulty in developing their business model. This research is
motivated by the renewal of business models in various artificial intelligence system
startups, aiming for the business model of artificial intelligence system startups to be
potentially different from other business models.The method of a study begins by
conducting a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the relevance of taxonomy on
business models in startups that implement artificial intelligence systems. The results of
this study add to the fundamental understanding of the business model of artificial
intelligence startups. This study shows an interesting direction for further investigation in
the startup field. The result of this research is a literature review of the AI Startup Business
Model Taxonomy which is modified into added value in the course in the form of an
Artificial Intelligence Semester Learning Plan that is sustainable for one semester. From
our current research, we hope that in future research, startup actors can find the right
business model using Artificial Intelligence technology.
