PT Nugen Bioscience Indonesia is a company engaged in animal husbandry. In its
application, the treatment of chickens infected with the disease often experiences
delays because in the process of identifying chicken diseases it takes an expert, so
that the disease suffered by chickens will worsen if handled too late. With these
problems, the author feels the need to create an expert system that can identify
chicken diseases. The methodology used in making this expert system is the
Waterfall method. The data analysis method used is PIECES, and the design
method used is UML (Unified Modeling Language) which includes use case
diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. In making
this expert system using several software such as Visual Paradigm to describe the
system design, Android Studio for android application development, Firebase as a
data repository, Flutter as a framework, and Dart as the programming language
used. This expert system will later be used to identify chicken diseases and handling
solutions. With this expert system, it is hoped that the process of identifying and
handling chicken diseases can be done easily.
